The product works exactly the same if this does occur, put it into your fridge, and you're good to go (once the product returns back to a cool room temperature)

Product was just delivered! Unfortunately it melted! The postman had placed it in my mailbox and it leaked all over the place(including on the mail). Hopefully it will solidify and I will be able to successfully use the products on my granddaughters hair. I am excited to see the results!

Wow! The first thing I noticed after three weeks was less hair shedding during wash day and stronger hair with elasticity!😃🙌🏾😃 I have not tried to blow dried or flat iron my hair, so not sure how to use it with heat.
