NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES at this time.   

Once your order ships, it’s out of Miz Curlz control unless your tracking # shows “not delivered” or “undeliverable”. If your tracking # shows delivered by the Usps, contact your local post office. There is nothing I can do.  If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please select the shipping option “express” which will include insurance. 
Miz Curlz does not replace packages that say “DELIVERED”
